Lashes by Son began at a kitchen table with a lash palette, a full appointment book and one frustration: having to choose between quality and price.
Where we started
From side hustle to shop front
Son built a lash business the slow way: client by client, evenings and weekends, while holding down a full time job. More than fifty regulars later, one thing kept grating. The products she trusted were priced for salons with a payroll, and the affordable ones let her clients down by day three.
So she started sourcing properly. Testing trays and adhesives on her own clients, keeping what held and binning what didn’t. Friends in the industry started buying from her stock cupboard. Then their friends did. Lashes by Son is that cupboard, grown up.
Today we serve two kinds of people equally: anyone who loves wearing lashes, and the technicians who apply them for a living. Same products, same honest guidance, same fair prices for both.
